Condolence: To the Neger Family, Although I didn't know Mukhtiar well, I know Balwant, Shorty, & Baggy. I know them to be honest, men of their word, and good friends, I have had many good times with over the years. I believe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so I feel like I know their father was similar in character. The tributes to him were wonderful.
